#13819If you drag&drop too fast rules in Ingo Filters, it leave wrong values
at rule_order field in ingo_rules.
To reproduce:
- Create 3 or 4 New Rule Filters.
- Sort too fast 7 or 8 times (you have to see 4 or 5 green messages at
the same time with "Rule sort saved succesfully")
- Click in Filter Rules
You can see that some filter rules disappear. In DB there are all
rules but some of this rules have the same value in order_field.and
only the last with the same value it is show
