Is it possible to add a link (enable/disable pages named "show all messages" for exemple) to view (read and unread) all messages of a folder at once? Why? This has the potential to take down a server (imagine trying to process a mailbox of 20,000 messages). if you really want something like this, just set the pref for number of messages per page to whatever you want.

This a more specific application of allowing relative search queries - see ~~Bug 3438~~. Once relative search queries are completed, it will be trivial for a user to create a "show all unread messages" query (or even to have this as a default, built-in search).
