In Nag 2.2, the block lets you choose, independently from the rest of
the Nag UI, which tasklists to display. In 2.1.x, it shows whatever
is active in the main Nag UI.
In that case, I'm happy to close this ticket.

After further investigation, this issue is only presented if the task
list for that user is selected in the tasks module. As this is a
test-rig, I'll rebuild from scratch and see if I can replicate the
issue. In the mean time, is there any easy way to specify that the
task summary should contain all tasks which this user has access to?

Have you chosen to show that other task list when you configured the block?

On further investigation, it appears that it's not just in the Task
Summary list, it's in the "List Tasks" page too. I suspect this means
it's in the list.php page.

This issue was initially identified in the following scenario:

When one has the Task Summary block on the front page, and the user
logged in has access to a shared task list with full permissions, you
can't see any tasks from that shared task list in the Summary, only
your own.

This is with Horde 3.1.3 and Nag 2.1.2, using the packaged versions
supplied by Debian. I'll try to write a patch if I get the chance.
