Setup, Debian 4.0 box with horde 3.1, imp 4.1 and Gollem 1.0.3.

Horde is configured so that the authenticator is imp and users go
directly to imp's inbox first.

When creating a new email message and clicking on the gollem
attachment icon, a new window appears showing gollem. No option for
adding attachments. The URL of the new window is:

http://domain.com/horde3/gollem/manager.php

If this window is closed, and the gollem icon is clicked again, then
everything works great! It appears that before the attachment icon to
gollem will work, the user needs to be authenticated to gollem, or at
least access it once before its integration with imp is useable.

This is similar to if a user logs in to imp for the first time, then
clicks on file manager, then goes back to the inbox to create an
email, then the gollem attachment icon will work properly.

Here is the url of the working attachment window

http://domain.com/horde3/gollem/selectlist.php?formid=compose&cacheid=

Thanks,

Mike
