Beside that this has absolutely nothing to do with the RELENG_3 branch of IMP, this had been discussed a thousand times. Short answer: no. Long answer: check the mailing list archives.

Hello, A socially progressive organization using the Horde 3.1.1. webmail client has expressed the following concern: [Show Quoted Text - 9 lines][Hide Quoted Text] Some staff at [organization name] have expressed concern with the labeling of the e-mail option in the Horde webmail client. In order to tag an e-mail address as safe, we must put them on our "white list," and in order to tag an e-mail as junk, or block the address rather, we have to put them on our "black list." Being a politically progressive, socially conscious organization, we at [organization name] are very uncomfortable with these terms: "white list" = safe or good, "black list" = unsafe or junk.
