Step 3 had been removed completely in the original help file. I did the same for the German translation.

German help text "Neue Nachricht: Anhänge" mentions an "Anhängen" link, whilst that link is termed "Altualisieren", in the user interface (viz. imp/po/de_DE.po). Attached is a fix.
