No, the opposite would make more sense, but we should really have both, FTP and HTTP access to all FTP mirrors.

All of our other FTP mirrors are available via FTP. Is there a strong argument for having http-only FTP mirrors? Makes my head spin a little just typing that.

Since the ftp mirror still didn't come back yet, we would appreciate a new mirror in Germany. Please contact core@horde.org to discuss the details.
