.delta, they'll show up with formatting, etc.

imp/docs/INSTALL says that the default mime_drivers.php  will not be 
correct for most sites; yet it does not give any hint, what should be 
configured, in this file. Apparently, mime_drivers.php will work 
unaltered, for most sites.



imp/docs/INSTALL recommends to make copies of all of the configuration 
``dist`` files without the ``dist`` suffix; then it says that, with 
two exceptions, these defaults will be correct for most sites. 
However, motd.php (not listed with these exceptions) should be either 
edited, or deleted.



The attached patch will mend the documentation. It is worded in a way 
that future exceptions can be added without adjusting the initial 
clause.
