I'm tabling the language issue for a seperate ticket if needed (no 
real complaints so far). We'll see later if templates are necessary 
(again, no requests yet).



The emails themselves should now cover most of the useful information, 
be consistent from update to update, and be only one per actual ticket 
update. Improvements are definitely possible, but I'm calling this done.

Re 1: The correct solution would be to send several messages in the 
recipients' preferred languages. The short solution for bugs.horde.org 
was for me to choose English as the preferred language ;-), and 
generally to lock the language until this is fixed.

1. Make sure all ticket email is sent in the same language - configure 
this language per-installation?



2. Add templates for each kind of ticket email, and use a similar 
style for all defaults. Use the current "ticket assigned" mail as a 
base:
