No - I just retested this in HEAD and it is definitely fixed.

Fixed in HEAD. Sorry, but I probe it with the HEAD version and don't work. If you need more information about config, horde version, etc.. please email me.

When you have configured pop server (I have installed courier-imap-4.1.1) and you delete the first message of the inbox in the message view (on the mailbox view ol work fine). When imp redirect you to mailbox (require mailbox.php from message.php) the first entry on mailbox are wrong (unknown and the index is not correct). If you refresh the page (mail optyion on menu), all refresh ok. to reproduce it: Login -> select the first message of inbox -> delete it
