Moving to the syncing queue. Also, all syncing work is in HEAD now, not FW_3.

This patch handles the date conversion between kronolith and palm os 
for calendar all-day events.

The all day events on palms are dates without time and are stored as 
dates from T000000 to T235959. In contrast to this kronolith stores 
the events as dates from 20060905T000000 to 20060906T000000.

This conversion is handled by the patch for the synthesis client.
