It had it's name, it just changed (editform -> editticketform). Fixed.



Btw, Ben, the "patch" field gets 1 if there's a patch, nothing 
otherwise. Not entirely intuitive, but it's our convention. Yes, we 
need non-string attributes. ;)

When the form was moved it lost access to its name which prevents 
proper processing.  I have attached a patch which modifies the form to 
be aware of its name but I'm not sure this is the right way or place 
to do it.  Please check and let me know if there's a better way.

Move the EditForm class out into whups/lib/Forms/EditTicket.php so the 
form can be reused by API methods.
