Yes you were right, my HEAD was about a day+ old. I updated it, and
then I deleted my tree and checked out horde and framework only. So
far, everything is fine for Firefox on Win2k server, but in IE on same
machine, and Firefox on OpenBSD, it still collapses it. I cleaned the
cookies, tried new profile on Firefox.

Make sure you _really_ have HEAD. This was broken for about 24 hours
recently, but was fixed.

Cookies are enabled. I've tried a few browsers on Win, Mac and UNIX,
and they all collaps it. Older Horde installation (from about a year
ago) doesn't collaps it, in the same browsers. If you have some
suggestions where else I could look..

The left dynamic menu, after it refreshes itself, it collapses the
menus into top levels. The only other installation of Horde I have is
about a year old, also from cvs, and on that one if anything on the
left menu is expanded, it says like that even after refreshing. Is
there any chance that it could be like before? Sometimes, left menu
has a few sub-levels, and with many modules, it would be nice if menus
would stay expanded.

This is using CVS HEAD.
