I think that optional elements in event editing should default to off.
Example - the Attendees area is optional but is checked by default.
Its far more often that you are going to make minor changes to an
event and have to uncheck that button, than it is that you'd make
major changes to an event and need to check it.
So I'd suggest that the 'checked="checked"' be removed for that form
element, just like no keywords are set by default, and recurrence
items default to the nothing radio boxes.
