Looks like by https://github.com/horde/nag/releases/tag/v5.0.0alpha10 we have finally caught all relevant mismatches. Closing this ticket, please open a new one if you find another of these.

A wholesale update of horde form and all apps has been committed but not yet released as tags as I need to test this - otherwise more will break than get fixed.
