Horde_Dav 1 is https://github.com/horde/Dav/tree/horde_dav-1.1.x 2.1 is a BC break, so it will be relesed as Horde_Dav 2.

https://pear.horde.org/get/Horde_Dav-1.1.4.tgz contains the old 1.8. Should probably contain https://github.com/horde/Dav instead?
