Both DC (Live production Data Center Network) and DR (Disaster 
Recovery Location) are in sync with each other like NFS mount point of 
Mail LDAP Server. We have performed the During DC_DR switch-over drill 
  all the services were switched to DR from DC including email 
service. During Drill we were facing the mail authentication issue via 
SSO (Single sign authentication). At the backend our local emails 
services were running fine. Only the end users were not able to access 
email services with IDAM (Single Sign IN Authentication) user id's, 
these ids were created at DC IDAM/OID Server when the application was 
running via DC network, that time its works fine. The users were 
easily able to access other services  with same user id & password 
except mail service and it redirect to the user id/password 
authentication page on clicking Mail option
