Horde is an open source project and a software development company.
We build the software that many companies choose to deploy for their
customers to access webmail. Because of this, unfortunately, Horde is
not able to help you. We have no connection to those hosting
companies and do not actually host any email accounts at all.

24/03/2020. Messages have been sent to inbox, know this because alerts
of received mail are sent to another inbox, and these have been
received since 24/03/2020, however emails are not appearing in the
Horde Groupware Inbox.
In addition, emails sent from this account are also not being saved in
the sent folder. On sending a message the messages "Message
Successfully Sent" and "Message successfully sent but not saved to
Sent" appear. Test emails successfully send to recipient's inbox but,
as stated, are not saved to sent folder.
