This is exactly what you need to pass to the administrator, together with the exact time when this happened, so he could check his log files.

When I save and send a new event in the Horde calendar, I get the following messages. Failed to set sender: jscott@prioritypaymentseast.com SMTP: Failed to write to socket: not connected (code: -1, response: ) I am a email client; not an email administrator. If there is something I can do (or if there are details to pass on to the administrator), that would be great help.
