permissions in the protocol, it's designed for synchronizing resources
owned by the user. We explicitly filter out non-writable resources
when synchronizing.

Summary ⇒ not able to sync shared calendar withou Write perms
Type ⇒ Bug
State ⇒ Unconfirmed
synchronize that calendar to tour mobile phone (for example) using
activesync, you have to have write permissions on that calendar.
This means it's not possible to let other user see ower calendar on a
device which syncs the calendar using activesync without give write
permission to the other user in that calendar.
Besides you dont want other people to write on your calendar, this
creates a lot of confusion because then you can acidentally write on
other people calendars.
