This is something you'll have to either announce on the translation 
mailing list (see https://lists.horde.org) or directly with the 
Chinese translator. You can see the person responsible in the 
docs/CREDITS file.

I see Chinese doesn't make it through the form.  The screenshot in the 
attachment should illustrate it at least.  (It reads "fajianren", 
literally "sender", but that isn't unambiguous.)

In the UI for editing filter rules, the names for both the "From" and 
"Sender" headers are translated to Simplified Chinese as "???".  This 
is confusing, and requires the user to be aware either that the first 
"???" option is "Sender" and the second is "From", or to try them both 
with specially-crafted test messages.  Would it be possible to make 
this unambiguous?
