I had already given all the access rights to the visitors, via the
Admin->Permissions, that's why I opened the ticket.
It would be great if you could have a more detailed look on the issue.

I made a calendar public using the:
"Share with everyone (public) and make it searchable by everyone too "
option.
Then, when I try to access it either via it's:
CalDAV Subscription URL or
WebDAV/ICS Subscription URL or
CalDAV Account URL or
it requires user name/password
BUT, when I use the "Embed Script ? Embed calendar on external
website" it works as expected.
How can I make it accessible with no login for its "WebDAV/ICS
Subscription URL" ?
You can reproduce the behavior using the http://demo.horde.org site.
