This is a support question, not a bug report. Please use the mailing lists to ask for support. http://www.horde.org/mail/ contains a list of all available mailing lists. The blacklist feature is not working in the version I indicated. If a feature does not work as it is supposed to, then it's a bug -- I do know how to use this tool. I noticed that cPanel does not have the most current version of Horde. Could that be the problem?

Blacklisting an email address creates the correct address in the list, but does not actually block that address. Same for Whitelist. This is via GreenGeeks Webmail.
