Ok going deeper into this issue.
The user disable and enable mail/contact/calendar in the sync account
on the smartphone.
After this it start to sync again, but fail with access denied on the
calendar.

Found a shared calendar in this user profile, but the owner was
"Martin.wolf" with access denied.
After disable this calendar for sync the smartphone works fine. :)

How can I delete this calendar?
And should ActiveSync stop/fail if there is no access for a selected
(sync) calendar?

Upgrade a Nexus 5X from Android 7.1.2 -> 8.0.0.
After this upgrade the mail app show two INBOX folder, so I remove the
state in Horde.

Device show now "Not Provisioned" and make endless sync loops:

Is there anything we can do from Horde?
Unfortunately I do not have access to the device at the moment.
