This is a very special setup that doesn't justify a feature request. This scenario would fit much more into request #14614

It is a very good idea, when Horde, the Imap server and the Caldav/CardDav server are on the same machine. So when the imap password is changed, the Caldav password is changed too.

I don't think this is a good idea, because users could easily and accidentally send their local credentials to an untrusted external server.

When Kronolith connects to a CalDav server, it shall be possible to reuse the credentials of the current user.
