Check the server and or horde logs for any errors. Thank for the clue. Hi, using the export option of mailbox I reach the message instructing to Download into an Mbox file but after seconds operation is aborted with the following message: Error message : Firefox can?t find the file at https://core15.hostbase.net:2096/cpsess0115241526/horde/services/download/?app=imp&actionID=download_mbox&mbox_list=["SU5CT1guQXJjaGl2ZS5QT0RDQV9JQ0U"]&type=mbox&token=0eFuG00AYTQ8Xru-g74NuEh&fn=/.
