Yes, that was the problem, this was needed in apache: AllowOverride FileInfo AuthConfig Sorry and thank you.

You have "pretty" urls enabled in Horde's config, but don't have the rewrite rules properly enabled on your server. This is a support question, not a bug report. Please use the mailing lists to ask for further support. http://www.horde.org/mail/ contains a list of all available mailing lists.

When adding new task, clicking on 'Use custom notification method' redirects page to URL <host>/nag/t/save which returns 404.
