That's not the only problem with Horde_Form. It still hasn't been refactored since Horde 3 either. Converting to PHPUnit is one step of the refactoring.

Horde-Form still has "old" phpt-files instead of phpunit-files. i stumpled across that during packaging into rpm. yours josef
