Any chance that your server is running on windows?
No server is running in linux (CloudLinux Server release 6.8)

Looks like there is some disagreement between the system locale's 
abbreviated month name format (including a trailing dot) and what the 
datejs library uses (without trailing dot). Since (at least my) 
browser also include the trailing dot, I'm going with this.

While using horde in English we can able to create events in horde 
calender. Switching language from English to Norsk we are unable to 
create events in the horde calender.
