Try looking for errors in your browser, webserver, horde, and php logs. If there aren't any you might have to track this down yourself. No errors in the log files or in the browser. I downgraded from 778bec2 to 927c0c4 (with git reset, no other changes), and the problem disappeared. That's an awful lot of commits inbetween. Please use git bisect to find the commit that introduced that regression for you.

If you choose "new attachment" when composing new mail, and select multiple files, IMP process the attachments and show them in the composer window. However, it sends the mail, with only one attachment, and save the mail with one attachment in the sent mail folder too. It is important, to select the files together, so open the new attachment (file upload) window only once, and select all the files at the same time.
