This was actually already fixed in Git, just not merged to FW_52 yet. Nag 4.2.10

When the notification is set for a task and the task is set as finished before the notification date, the notification is still sent/displayed. Expected behaviour would be that the notification is automatically disabled when the task is set as finished.
