This is correct behaviour. The local-part of email addresses is case
sensitive. It is bad practice to assume that the local-part is case
insensitve, although your system will accept mixed case.

A mailbox called "user.abc@xxx.com" receives a message  with several
To or Cc: headers.

This message has the mailbox address in To/Cc header and it's
including at least one capital letter, e.g. "user.ABC@xxx.com".

If this message is Replied to ALL from mailbox "user.abc@xxx.com" then
Horde adds a CC: header with "user.ABC@xxx.com" !!

That's wrong, Horde doesn't has to add the mailbox address when reply to all.

If tried to reproduce it in demo.horde.org but it doesn't accept
external messages.

Any idea?
