Wipe has also no affect over 24h now.
We replace the two HTC with Nexus 5X, this HTC devices cost me (and

folder/collection (which monitors for changes) before it has
successfully paired that collection with the server (with a SYNC
request). A number of clients do this, and the error typically
resolves after the SYNC request for that collection completes.
Your log shows that this is happening for the Contacts collections, so
I'm not sure why this is preventing you from sending email. Exactly
what happens when you try to send it? Do you ever see a SENDMAIL
request in the log?

log show some synckey errors.
2016-03-30T10:38:03+02:00 ERR: [8343] Attempting to add a collection
to the sync cache while requiring a synckey, but no
synckey could be found. Most likely a client error in
requesting a collection during PING before it has issued a
SYNC.
