We don't depend on it but on Horde_Test, which bundles a working phpunit-story version.

phpunit-story no longer exists in Debian and Ubuntu, as it is unmaintained upstream: https://github.com/phpunit/phpunit-story. Can the source-dependency be updated? This seems to affect, at least: https://github.com/horde/horde/blob/master/framework/Kolab_Server/test/Horde/Kolab/Server/Integration/Scenario.php
