Instead, a) I can find nowhere to subscribe to folders as implied by
the "Hide Unsubscribed" option in the "Folder Actions" drop-down.
b) Even though I have changed the "Expand the entire folder tree by
default in the folders view?" preference to Yes. (It's in the Folder
Display section of the Mail Preferences (in the Mailbox category.)
Nevertheless, I have to click "Show All Mailboxes" in the "Folder
Actions" drop-down every time.
