This is a known bug in Chrome's <embed> implementation that won't be
fixed there either. The problem will go away once we switch to HTML5
<audio> tags which won't happen before Horde 6 though.

Google Chrome (I'm using 47.0 on Windows 10)  will simultaneously play
all the notification sounds overlapping when you go to Preferences >
Calendar > Notifications. This does not happen in, for example,
Preferences > Mail > New Mail. This may be a problem with Chrome and
Quicktime (not necessarily Horde), but it actually does work properly
in other places in the software.
