iTip email and also, the following commit adds an indication to the
attendee list in Kronolith as to which user is the organizer:

However, I agree we could add some CSS to signify the organizer in the
list of attendees.

user, the entry in his calendar shows both users but doesn't
distingish who is the organizer.
The same thing occurs with the mail with the iTip notification when
the invitee reads it with IMP 6.2.11. He can see the two atendees but
he can't see who is the organizer.
However, if the atendee reads the same iTip mail with Thunderbird
38.3.0, he can see who is the organizer.
It would be nice for Horde users to know who is the organizer when
they recives an invitation.
