Cannot reproduce. I use Cyrus too, and have user listings working fine everywhere including the assignment of responsible users to a queue in Whups.

I am trying to configure and use Tickets (whups), but unable to list/add 'Users responsible for this queue'. I see a message 'There was an error listing users: Listing of users is not supported.' for 'Add/Edit users responsible for this queue.' I am using Cyrus IMAP (IMP) for authentication. Listing of users should be supported because, the list of users are getting listed for sharing the calenders, mailboxes etc. But, in whups, I am not getting the list of users. I assume it is a bug. Sorry, if I am wrong.
