Ok, I rechecked my portal again. The only address book related block
was the contact search, so I removed that; to no avail. Then I removed
ALL blocks and the error finally disappeared. Re-adding some seemed ok
so far, so you might as well close this ticket if you like.

Took me until waiting on my car to get fixed in order to try that out
from my mobile, go figure... :-)

Have a nice day!

Do you have a block on your portal screen that was configured to
show that address book? Perhaps it needs to be refreshed.
I remember trying out the feed integration, not so sure about any
address books though. I just checked the portal again in the edit
mode, there doesn't seem to be any module Facebook related I could
remove there.
Also, just FYI that the Horde_Service_Facebook library uses REST for
very little (if anything anymore). Most of it has been ported to the
Graph API. If there is some integration feature you would like, or
were expecting, that would make it more useful please let us know!
The personal data available via the API is very limited, but we will
see what we can do.
Nah don't worry, not really needing it, was just curious what adding
the api would do. Only afterwards I remembered that fb changed the api
stuff and all the rest ones went kinda useless.

I tried out the facebook integration, so I went over to the fb
devoloper page, created an app and all the wiz to get the auth keys.
Activated it in horde, played around with it, noticed that it didnt do
much and get the notice that the rest api is deprecated anyways, so I
disabled it again in the admin config.
Now the problem is, that with the user I tried it on, I still get an
error each time I visit the portal page saying "The adress book
"facebook" does not exist", which of course in itself is valid because
I deactivate the whole thing, but it would be nice if I could delete
the reference somewhere, so the portal stops complaining but there
doesnt seem to be an option anywhere to remove that facebook reference
from my addressbooks.
