This is a continuation of the issues identified in the following ticket:

[#13711] ActiveSync via Outlook 2013: Empty Mails

I have had to disable activesync in horde because of the same issue.
This is causing a race condition on the server as well since some kind
of loop is initiated upon an EAS query to the server.  When enabled, I
get the same error message output to the ssh terminal window, over and
over and over again.

After I upgraded the complete horde framework to the current stable
release (via pear upgrade), Outlook 2013 clients that use active sync,
where not able to download the content of subfolders in mailboxes.

A device specific detailled log, that can be enabled in the active
sync section of the administration interface, does not show up any
inconsistencies, errors or warnings.

When Outlook 2013 stops downloading mails, the webserver outputs the
following error:

HORDE: Call to a member function toString() on a non-object [pid 26094
on line 1282 of "/usr/share/php/Horde/Mime/Part.php"]

How to reproduce:
1. Use Outlook 2013 as a client and configure an active sync mailbox
that contains subfolder with mails inside
2. After a short time Outlook starts downloading the complete content
of the mailbox and stops

Greetings

David
