We already do use CRLF. Your provider is either using a very old
version of Horde or has some other misconfiguration.

Using Horde from web-provider, syncing iCalendar with Android-mobile
phone via ICSsync and worked fine with.

Since UPDATE SYNC does not work and stops with "error parsing ICalendar"
http://www.icssync.com/testing.html recommends iCalendar Validator and shows

Your calendar is using an invalid newline format. Make sure to use
\r\n to end lines rather than just \n (RFC 2445 §4.1).
Sorry, your calendar could not be parsed.
Error:         Error was: Error at line 1: Expected [-3], read [-1]

This is a fatal error, please correct very urgent.
