If stylesheets are blocked on message data that also has images 
blocked, then stylesheets will be displayed when the "Show images" 
text is clicked (it's not explicitly mentioned).  So not sure if 
that's what you are asking about.

"Click to always show images from this sender." does not load external 
style sheets.
Is it intended?
