Fixed (locally) in Net_Sieve 1.3.3. Uploading of new releases is
broken on pear.php.net at the moment though, so please keep trying.

I'm using Dovecot 2.2.12 with Plesk 12. I didn't look at it, but
Plesk Site says Dovecot ist connected over Pigeonhole Plugin to
managesieve.
We can confirm.
