I've had fun with suse's legal team about the apache-ish license as 
the horde apache-like license 1.0 is much alike the apache 2.0 license 
but the tags confuse them. I have no insight into Horde_Thrift and 
Horde_Scribe but if they are just repackaged 3rd party code we should 
probably make it "ASL 2.0" and link to the upstream project's license.

We should probably stick with the file headers license, since it's 
bundling thrift code. Or just drop the package if nothing other than 
Horde_Scribe is using it...

Can you please clarify the LICENSE of Horde_Thrift  package.

In package.xml => Apache 2.0
In COPYING => Apache 1.0
In code header => Thrift Software License (Apache 2.0)
