> Horde is no longer loading the vhosts conf files. The problem is that > Horde::loadConfiguration is checking if $conf['vhosts'] is not empty > to decide if it should include vhost specific conf files, before > including the general conf.php file. > The commit that broke this was: 184cf27c7ca9ffe7ed0511a5fad116a2fdf0d451
