Comment	> Fixed. The issue was with any IMAP server that did not support > LITERAL+ - and Courier seems to be the only server that doesn't > support it. I have no idea why that is the case - LITERAL+ has been > around for ages and eliminates a completely unnecessary server/client > roundtrip.
