Comment	> Among other issues, your fix is not backwards compatible and we > should be using mime magic to determine the charset, not hardcoded > regex strings. For these reasons, this will not be fixed in Horde > 3.x. However, this has been fixed for Horde 4.0/IMP 5.0.
