Comment	> I found very useful for the alternative login page to know which > application redirect the user to the login page. So for example I can > directly check additional service permission for gollem and redirect > them to the service acquire page. The patch adds the current calling > application parameter to addLogoutParameters. Additionally url is > parsed only once.
