Comment	> The up arrows should all line up on the left of the Filters page, but > the column is right aligned, so if there's no down arrow (like in the > last rule), then the up arrow appears on the right, beneath all the > down arrows. The same problem exists in FW3, but not FW3_0 since > that version used two separate columns for the up and down arrows.
