Comment	> The print theme for the calendar did not provide a box around each > day. I wanted to be able to print a blank calendar or one that I > could add comments to by hand. I created this new print theme to > replace kronolith/themes/print/screen.css. It took me quite awhile > to figure it out and I think it is a lot better. There is some junk > lines and it needs to be cleaned up but it works for me. Perhaps > this will help someone else.
